This Privacy Notice relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the “Privacy Notice”) is designed to inform you about the personal data relating to you processed by The Privacy Office Luxembourg SA, acting as data controller (hereinafter, “we, our”, as the case may be), whose registered office is located L-9999 Wemperhardt, 28 Op de Haart (Luxembourg), and which is registered under number VAT LU29409236.


We attach a great importance to the protection of the personal data entrusted to us in particular by the users of this site “http://www.tpomap.com /” (hereinafter, the “Website”). That is why we secure and protect your data in accordance with applicable legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, the “GDPR”) and the Luxembourg law of August 1st 2018 relating to the organization of the Commission nationale pour la protection des données and implementation of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), amending the Labour Code and the amended Law of 25 March 2015 laying down the salary system and the conditions and procedures for promotion of civil servants.

Through this Privacy Notice, we wish to inform you about what personal data we process about you, for what purpose we use it, and with whom we share it. We will detail the legal basis on which we process your data and explain your rights and the choices available to you.

3.1 Storage duration 

We retain your personal data in accordance with our data retention policy only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in section 2 above or in accordance with statutory limitation periods for claims.

Nevertheless, security requires efforts from all actors involved. 3.3 Automated decision making and profiling

No automated decision-making or profiling will be made about you as part of the personal data processing described in this Privacy Notice.

3.4 Children 

This Website is not intended for or directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly or directly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use this Website and do not provide any personal data.
